Each connected Google account becomes a location managed by macOS File Provider. Use Open in Finder from Harbor to reveal it directly.
A cloud-only file downloads on demand when you open it. Harbor keeps the transfer visible in Activity.

Harbor keeps both versions instead of silently overwriting one. The conflict remains visible for you to resolve.
Open the item marked as needing attention, then use the reconnect action. Harbor keeps the existing Finder location when the same account is connected again.
